3 days a week for 6 weeks, you'll train the three things that actually make you fast on the field:
Acceleration – getting off the line fast, beating your opponent to the spot
Change of Direction – cutting, breaking, and changing speed without losing it
Top-End Speed – running away from everybody once you're in the open field
Each week builds on the last, so by the end of 6 weeks you'll be faster out of your stance, quicker in and out of cuts, and have a higher top gear than when you started.
